My first cel, and it's of one of my favourite Pokemon, Noctowl! A very special cel for me, as not only is it a Noctowl, but it's a Shining Noctowl, meaning the colour palette is totally different than the norm. This was acquired with help from my friend LPH, and ID'ed by Sui!
