A settei from the 2nd Pokemon movie: 幻のポケモン ルギア爆誕. I really, really adore Moltres. It's probably my most loved of the trio, and I finally now have an attack settei for it along with those flying sheets. Once again all these kinds of effects were hand-drawn for this movie so these sheets were crucial.
