The Needs of the Three!
Shirona discusses with Satoshi and co. the consequences if the Galaxy Bomb is set off, along with the history of the legendary Pokemon Dialga and Palkia. Shortly afterward as Pluto experiments on extracting the red chain from the Lake Spirits, Satoshi and co. are teleported to Galaxy's lab by the spirits trying to get their help.
A matching douga for the genga I have from the same episode.
This scene only had the wheels and Satoshi's mouth animated in addition to a scrolling background, so this main douga was the fixed line point for the car for an entire 10 seconds.
