Usagi's Everlasting Wish! A New Reincarnation
After questioning why Princess Serenity continues to defy her, Queen Metallia unleashes an even stronger blast of dark energy, almost obliterating the Princess.
This isn't something I ever really expected to own, honestly. This is a matching sequence mate to my A37 cel from this very same sequence. The cel is made up of two layers, a single clear cel designed to protect the airbrushing effects, and then the main cel itself.
An absolute treasure. I'm so proud to have this piece along with the sequence mate for it, and maybe one day I'll have even more of this absolutely iconic scene. I'm sadly missing the matching sketch for this, but I'm on the lookout for it.
It's also nice that I have an unmatching BG to go with this that's actually pretty apt, given the true BG for this would be the same as my A37 sequence mates in the form of a production black sheet, due to the strobing colour background this scene had.
